Refund Policy

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for the AI Forward Deployed Engineer Program.

Before the cohort starts

If you withdraw before your cohort's first session, the fee is refundable less any non-refundable registration component disclosed at enrolment.

After the cohort starts

Once teaching has begun, refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis within the first two weeks. After the second week the fee is non-refundable, because cohort seats are capped and cannot be reallocated mid-program.

Deferral

If your circumstances change, you may request a one-time deferral to the next cohort instead of a refund. Deferral requests are usually the better outcome for both sides and we treat them generously.

If we cancel or reschedule

If Quality Thought cancels a cohort, you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next cohort, whichever you prefer. If we reschedule materially, the same choice applies.

How to request a refund

Email hello.fde@qualitythought.in from the address used at enrolment. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, normally within 10 working days.
