What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and any context you choose to add about your background and goals. We also record which page the form was submitted from and, where present, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.
Like most websites, we collect standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type. If analytics is enabled, our analytics providers set cookies to measure how the site is used.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used to contact you about the AI Forward Deployed Engineer Program — to answer your questions, share the fee structure and cohort dates, and follow up on your admission. Technical and analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Enquiry details are visible to Quality Thought staff who work on admissions for this program. We use third-party services for website analytics and communication; these providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while your interest is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello.fde@qualitythought.in. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may then behave differently.
